Our Story

Bliss Clean & Care was founded by Kristi Hambrice, a Bentonville native with decades of leadership in service, business, and training. After years of community work abroad and across the U.S., she returned home to start something with heart—right here in NWA.

She is committed to creating valuable jobs and to building a team of trained, dependable professionals who care deeply about their work and their community.

While Bliss Clean & Care is proudly local, we remain connected to Growing Entrepreneurs International (GEI)—a nonprofit supporting grassroots job creation around the world, including the original Bliss training network in Chiang Mai, Thailand.

    Yes, we do—for all one-time, deep cleaning, and specialty services. Our teams arrive fully equipped with high-quality, safe cleaning products and tools.


    For weekly cleaning clients, we are happy to use your preferred supplies or you can purchase our own homemade all-natural cleaning products.

  • How does Bliss access my home if I’m not there?

    We understand the importance of trust and security. If you choose to provide a key to your home, it is securely stored at our main office and only issued to your assigned housekeeper on the day of service. 


    We work with you directly to find a method of access that you’re completely comfortable with.

  • What happens to my weekly/monthly cleaning service when I’m out of town?

    You don't need to cancel your service. Bliss offers flexible options for clients who travel. If you will be gone for an extended period, just provide 30 days' notice to pause your service with no penalty.
